To support our growth, we are looking for a CRM & Loyalty manager who will strengthen the community of our customers by providing relevant content to keep them happy throughout their investment journey with us.

As part of the Marketing team, the CRM & Loyalty Manager reports to the Head of Performance Marketing and the Chief Revenue Officer (who is in charge of the business development of the company).

As a Loyalty Manager, you are first and foremost in charge of implementing a Retention Strategy, managing all the tools we can use to engage with our customers, making sure they stay active on our app and can benefit from our different products. It includes :
