We are looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist Intern to help support our team and work in close collaboration with the Procurement & Decoration Manager.

Your missions

• You will be in charge of buying and sourcing all of the furniture, fixtures and equipment for all new houses in the North Europe region (Brussels, Luxembourg, London).

• You will have the ownership and follow-up on the production and purchases, from the quotes to the deliveries at our local storage facility or in the houses.

• You will organize and coordinate the setup of the new houses in collaboration with the Stock Manager and the Procurement & Decoration Manager.

• You will allocate time to search for new references and new local suppliers.

• You will negotiate the best prices, delivery fees and storage conditions with these suppliers.

Your profile

• You are looking for a 6-month internship ( which could lead to a long-term contract) near the end or after your studies

• You are extremely well organized and stress-resistant

• You have an interest in interior design and sustainability

• You are fluent in French & English

• You are familiar with Google Sheet

• You are solution-oriented and eager to bring new ideas to challenge our product and organization
