• Oversee the purchasing of all FFE, project accessories and supplies while ensuring budgets are respected

• Ensure each house is delivered on time, in collaboration with Design Manager, by anticipating delivery dates for all FFE, project accessories and supplies

• Analyze spending patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and recommend efficiency improvements to optimize procurement operations.

• Participate in the organization and coordination of procurement and storage

• Take part in sourcing new products and proactively challenge the entire Cohabs concept

• Challenge existing supplier relationships and actively negotiate deals for volume purchases

• Actively and continuously contribute to the improvement of internal processes

• Oversee the delivery and installation of equipment and decoration in the house

• Support the Project Manager with house openings, including on site support, staging and dispatch of FFE and accessories

• You have a strong interest in design and sustainability

• You enjoy teamwork and thrive on challenges

• You are methodical and proficient in Excel

• You are fluent in English, with a working knowledge of French. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus!
