We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to lead and coordinate various Group HR initiatives and projects.

This role is pivotal in driving DEI, engagement, and culture change across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent project coordination skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.

Engagement:

    • Oversee the roll out of our quarterly MyVoice Pulse surveys, from the systems readiness to the results analysis and meetings with regional representatives.
    • Manage projects with Workday and provide comprehensive support (Q&A sessions, tutorials, local admin trainings).

DEI:

  • Develop and implement global DEI strategy aligned with company mission and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR, and other departments to integrate DEI principles.
  • Design and implement DEI programs, policies, and practices.
  • Lead training and development initiatives to build DEI competencies.
  • Monitor and evaluate DEI program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Advocate for DEI and develop communications to highlight its importance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on DEI metrics.

Support to the steering of the HR Function:

    • Coordinate two global HR Town Halls per year and follow up with participation surveys.
    • Analyze and discuss improvements for HR function based on MVP outcomes.
    • Coordinate annual session to share best practices with HR Directors.
    • Deliver MVP Town Halls / team meetings to share results and practices.
    • Coordinate meetings with Group HR and HRDs to drive HR Road Map.

European Works Council:

    • Coordinate ordinary and extraordinary meetings, including elections.
    • Provide quarterly communication with the select committee regarding SSC and BI updates.
    • Provide HR data and detailed explanations on social impacts.

Effectiveness:

    • Analyze data to establish meaningful KPIs for HR leaders.
    • Spearhead project to transfer specific HR tasks to the SSC.
    • Oversee transition process to enhance operational efficiency.

Requisitos

    • Proven experience in HR management and project coordination.
    • Strong understanding of DEI principles and best practices. Passion for fostering an inclusive and productive work environment.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and establish meaningful KPIs.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Experience working in a multinational organization.
