This position is a job creation and follows a recent major organization change operated within the marketing team. 

This Business Unit is composed of 30 people, divided into 4 main teams: Paid Acquisition, SEO, CRM and Brand & Communication.

One of the key reasons for Click&Boat’s success, making it world leader in the boat rental industry, is to have defined and followed over the years a very ROI-driven marketing approach, enabling it to capture intentional clients (through SEO, SEA) and grow in a profitable way. To continue to write the success story in 2024, we are convinced that we need to develop further our brand strategy to make Click&Boat an even stronger brand, and execute a global and coordinated x-channels full funnel approach to unlock new pockets of growth. 

In this regard, we are recruiting a Marketing Manager ES/IT. 

💪 Team:

You will join the Brand & Communication team and report directly to our new Head of Brand and Communication. 

Your scope will be the Spanish and Italian markets. You will work all along with 3 Marketing managers (France and ROW) and will manage 2 interns.

🚀 Missions :

1) Set up the local brand and communication strategy (20%):

  • Communication / Brand : As part of the strategy, you will be responsible for establishing the local 360 marketing campaigns calendar, in cooperation with central teams and local operations.

  • SEO: You will be responsible for co-building and executing SEO Content strategy in cooperation with central SEO team.

2) Operations and local campaign execution (60%)

You will be responsible to identify opportunities, find the agencies/providers to work with, negotiate contracts and ensure A to Z execution (with the help of your interns).

  • TV. 

  • Print, Out of Home, PR & Press, Partnerships.

  • Content: Landing pages, CRM newsletters, blog, back-linking, link-baiting. 

  • Translations: content assets translation on managed channels and website (internal and external workforce). 

3) Benchmark and KPIs analysis (20%)

  • You will be responsible of performance monitoring and reporting: country business performance; marketing performance (global, owned channels, brand awareness, content production, traffic generation). 

  • You will be responsible for partnering with country Ops (Sales, Supply, RC) to gather market insights, identify trends and pocket of growths in order to adjust and coordinate marketing actions.

Job location: Barcelona or Paris 

Remote work: >50% time on-site


Requisitos

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing, including a proven successful experience in marketing strategy definition, offline marketing campaigns setup and execution (TV and/or radio and/or OOH).

  • You have a good expertise in at least 2 of the following specialties: content and copy-writing (blog, CRM newsletter), SEO knowledge (content SEO, back-linking strategy, link baiting), PR & communication. 

  • You are creative and organized, as well as process and data-driven

  • You are at ease in fast-paced and multicultural environment. You are native in one of the 2 markets (ES or IT), and fluent in English. 

  • If you have experience in start-up or scale-up environments / in Marketplace or travel sectors / and you have a boating background, it’s definitely a plus!
