Since 2009, CIB Consulting & Transformation is BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking’s in-house management consulting team. With high exposure to Senior Management, CIBC&T has become a competitive alternative to the best consulting firms.

Your daily life

As part of CIBC&T, you will join a dynamic and international environment with diverse profiles: 20+ nationalities, +40% women, 50/50 split between ex-external consultants from top-tier consultancies and experts from businesses.
You will have a real impact on the development of CIB, working directly with BNPP CIB Senior Management on high stake initiatives across a wide range of topics:

• Business development and growth
• Organizational efficiency
• Transformation projects and Smart PMO
• Facilitation of strategic forums
• RegTech projects
• Digitalization of Business and Functions

Being a Consultant in our team

You never stop growing and developing: You get the chance to engage with a large variety of profiles and have access to various trainings on Consulting skills and CIB activities, supporting your development and growth. You contribute to development of our project teams as well as to transversal activities (training, recruitment, etc.) with an entrepreneurial spirit.

You make an impact: You contribute to project success by delivering impactful content in framing of projects, analysis of key issues, design of solutions and preparation of high quality presentations with actionable recommendations to CIB Senior Management. You are a key enabler for the transformation & further development of CIB through a wide range of projects. You are also able to observe and measure the impact of your work.

You build strong client relationships: You establish collaborative and hands-on working relationships with our clients (Businesses and Functions). You manage clients and all other project stakeholders effectively, demonstrating emotional and situational intelligence. By doing so, you contribute to the growth of CIB Consulting & Transformation client franchise.

Are you a good candidate for the job?

This internship is for you if you have/are:

• enrolled in a Master degree or equivalent from a top-tier institution
• a first relevant internship experience (strategy consulting or investment banking would a plus)
• a team player
• the curiosity and proactivity to tackle challenging problems
• the ability to be impactful with excellent analytical and communication skills
• fluency in French and English a minima
