We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive with a hunter profile to help ChooseMyCompany launch in Italy and cover the Italian market.

ChooseMyCompany sells to any kind of company a powerful SaaS (software as a service) that aims at:
Gathering informations about the wellbeing of its employees and clients
Analyzing these informations in order to get a clear picture of where you are
Help you deep dive all dimensions and identify strong impact measures to improve wellbeing in your company
Provide a Score that would gather all engagement dimensions in one to help you build extra financial reports
Sharing key informations about your organization (including on social media)

Reach as many prospects as possible
Sign both Freemium (”get ChooseMyCompany Labels for free”) and Premium customers (paid subscription to SaaS software to get the label and analyze the results)
Convert Freemium customers to Premium by providing a complete demonstration of ChooseMyCompany tools
Therefore, you will have a huge impact on how the future will look, we will ask you to get involved in strategic choices. You’ll have to take responsibility and ownership of the sales process and build the core of the Spanish or Italian office.

Profile:
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria (and if not, but you are motivated by the project, do not hesitate to contact us anyway):
You have initial sales experience (~3 years or more), have some previous sales successes and can present them.
You have European nationality or the possibility of obtaining a work permit in the country.
Italian is your native language and you are fluent in English.
