ABOUT THE TECH & AI ENABLERS BUSINESS LINE
Within the Group, the Tech & AI Enablers Business Line develops and commercializes advanced, AI-powered technology building blocks that deliver differentiated functional capabilities to private and governmental organizations.
Its solutions notably cover:

In this context, we are looking for a Product Leader to drive and accelerate the development of our AI translation offering (SYSTRAN), a reference solution addressing the challenges of sovereign, secure, and high-value-added translation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As Product Leader, you are responsible for the vision, strategy, and overall success of the solutions. Acting as a true product orchestrator, you embody the voice of the customer and the market within the organization, while ensuring strong alignment between business strategy, technological innovation, and operational execution.
You work closely with Executive Management, Business Line leaders, R&D, Product Marketing, Sales teams, and external stakeholders to drive sustainable, profitable, and differentiated growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and champion the global product vision, value proposition, and market promise
Design and lead the product strategy focused on revenue growth and economic performance
Structure, share, and maintain the product roadmap in close collaboration with R&D and technical teams
Ensure alignment and adoption of the product vision across Sales, Product Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Services teams
Lead market research, competitive analysis, customer interviews (win/loss), and user feedback initiatives
Define product positioning, messaging, and key differentiation factors
Actively contribute to sales collateral, product demonstrations, and enablement initiatives
Act as a product spokesperson with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events
Define pricing and delivery models
Monitor product KPIs (attractiveness, performance, resilience)
Ensure regulatory compliance of solutions (security, data protection, etc.)
Foster innovation and anticipate market and technology evolutions
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in product leadership within a software / data / AI / complex solutions environment
Strong ability to define a strategic product vision and translate it into concrete execution
Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in multi-team and multi-region environments
Excellent understanding of business, market, and customer challenges
Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Comfort operating in contexts of growth, transformation, and innovation
Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally
Fluent English required (international environment)
