The Editorial and Speakers’ Team is hiring! Our main mission is to curate the content for the conferences that take place during ChangeNOW and other events year round.

As Speakers & Content Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of the event by helping with the coordination of the speakers and moderators expected for ChangeNOW 2026.

You will work under the supervision of the Editorial & Speakers Lead and within the Editorial & Speakers team. You will also work closely with the other teams at ChangeNOW.

Missions:

  • Handle the logistics and coordination of speakers & moderators (Airtable, Miro and more)

  • Assist the project lead in speaker/moderator calls

  • Assist the project lead in research and identifying speaker contact information

  • Assist the project lead on the days of the events, to contribute to the successful carrying out of the conferences and ensure speakers have a great experience!

Practical information:

  • Start: Between November 2025 and January 2026 (latest)

  • Location: based in Paris near Bastille. Part-time remote work allowed.
