About the Role:

Join our dynamic Global Command Center team as a Full Stack Developer, where you’ll contribute to cutting-edge initiatives that drive operational excellence and innovation across our global infrastructure. You’ll work on high-impact projects such as:

• Global Infrastructure Dashboards for observability and analytics
• Full Stack Development of local applications supporting mission-critical operations
• AIOps Integration leveraging AI/ML to enhance system intelligence and automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using PHP (Laravel) and React.js
• Build and optimize data pipelines and dashboards using VictoriaMetrics, Elasticsearch, and PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Mastra AI LLM for intelligent automation and insights
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications and infrastructure tools
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) processes
• Contribute to the evolution of our AIOps strategy and tooling

Tech Stack:

• Frontend: React.js, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
• Backend: PHP (Laravel), REST APIs
• Databases: PostgreSQL, VictoriaMetrics
• Search & Monitoring: Elasticsearch, custom dashboards
• AI/ML: Mastra AI LLM, AIOps frameworks
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes a plus)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in full stack development with PHP and React.js
• Strong understanding of monitoring, observability, and metrics systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and interest in AIOps
• Experience with time-series databases and search engines is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
