This role covers following activities

• Organising, chairing and following-up on the SCRUM processes and SCRUM ceremonies
• Helping the team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
• Shielding the team from outside distractions and interferences
• Collaborating and communicating with product owner and various stakeholders to understand the business needs & requirements
• Ensuring observance of DoD (Definition of done), and proactively oversighting any continuous improvement activity which will secure the progressive maturity of the agile teams
• Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality

Your profile

• Fluent English, because you will be comunicating with other colleagues from EMEA region
• At least 2-3 year experience as Scrum Master - important to say, we are not looking for an Agile Coach, these two positions and separeted in Cardif
• Due to our international set-up you will be travelling time to time
• Experience in SW development for customers facing applications (digital) in an Agile/Scrum Framework
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, but yet a good team player with focus on delivery
