YOUR DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
 
1) Talent Acquisition & Campus Management
You will be responsible for our intern population: from posting internship ads online to the end of the interns' assignments.
 
In this role, you will perform the following tasks:
 
•    Writing innovative job postings;
•    Identifying and selecting candidates;
•    Organizing the recruitment process from A to Z;
•    Monitoring the arrival and integration of new interns;
•    Leading intern activities: organizing lunches, team building events, etc.;
•    Developing our campus management strategy: participating in recruitment forums, liaising with our partner schools, defining a recruitment schedule for our interns.
 
 
2) Monitoring HR projects
 
•    Participating in other ad hoc assignments related to performance evaluation, talent management, internal communication, various DEI topics, etc.
 

SKILLS
 
•    You are in your final year of business school or in a Master's 2 program (HR/Psychology, etc.),
•    You are passionate, motivated, and proactive.
•    You are curious and interested in the IT and finance industries.
•    You are comfortable interacting in English, both written and spoken.
