We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team and to develop our sales in Consumer Care (Home & Personal Care) sector.

Missions:

·       Participate in the definition of the future directions of the company to ensure growth and emergence of new markets

·       Generate growth opportunities through active prospecting in Consumer Care field

·       Be in charge of new product development projects in a strong context of innovation

·       Manage technical and commercial proposals in close collaboration with the Product Development department

·       Follow customer’s projects and ensure their proper execution

• Minimum training BAC+5 in Chemistry, 5 to 10 years experience in Business Development in Home and/or Personal Care

• Knowledge in Fragrance microencapsulation would be a plus

• Fluent English

• Excellent communication skills and team spirit

• Entrepreneurial spirit
