We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the front-end development efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and visually appealing user interfaces.

This role requires a deep understanding of front-end technologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Architect, design, and implement scalable and complex front-end solutions.

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design concepts into interactive and responsive user interfaces.

  • Enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain high code quality.

  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

  • Collaborate with product owners and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Optimize front-end code for performance and responsiveness.

  • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and other issues.

The Tech team is overall responsible for the back office (ReactJS), the mobile app (ReactNative), the backend (Django) and the infrastructure (Kubernetes+terraform).

The methodology is inherited from Agile and the team feature concept.


Requisitos

You could be a good fit if you have:

  • A strong engineering background

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or Senior Software Engineer

  • Demonstrate proficiency in React and ReactNative

  • Previous experience in a scale-up is highly appreciated

  • You’re based in Barcelona or open to relocate
