About the Role

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our growing Data team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines and infrastructure that support our data-driven decision-making and product features. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, analysts, and software engineers to ensure high-quality data flows across the organization.

Your Mission

• Design, develop and maintain the core data platform (Databricks, Airflow, and other technology) to support and ease deployment and run of ingestion, transformation and modeling.

• Design, implement and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflow.

• Implement observability framework on the platform to cover both platform, pipeline and data quality.

• Collaborate with Data Team members to optimize resources, workflow and data assets.

• Manage and scale cloud data infrastructure on AWS (S3, EC2, EMR, Glue, Redshift, etc.) and Databricks.

• Ensure data platform reliability, security, and performance for real-time and batch data use cases.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data engineering best practices, tools, and architecture.

About You

• +4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar data infrastructure role.

• Proficient in Python for building and maintaining robust ETL/ELT pipelines.

• Strong experience with Databricks, Airflow, and DBT in production environments.

• Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for orchestrating containerized applications.

• Proficient in SQL and familiar with big data processing frameworks such as PySpark.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Fluency in English.
