→ Mission

As a part of the Platform Experience Team (composed of the Tech and the Product teams) and directly under Jean’s management (CPO), your mission will be to help Brigad entering the hyper growth phase, by building a growth machine capable of onboarding thousands of Brigaders and businesses with a flawless registration & onboarding experience.

You’ll collaborate with our Lead Product Manager and VP Brand & Experience in order to build an outstanding high quality and consistent user experience.

Many topics will revolve around the growth:
complex onboarding funnels and workflows to implement, with innovative UX to provide a “aha!” moment, from the very beginning of the user journey.
pairing up the registration & onboarding funnels with a stack of SAAS tools to process the flow of newly registered users.
find innovative ways to drastically improve the user experience and reduce the operational manual work to process registrations.

This job is open to application in our offices from Paris or Lille.

What you will do

Create outstanding features by driving all phases of the product process, from initial user research to shipping:
Research: make product decisions informed by qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis
Solution Design: work alongside product designers to define the solution to deliver
Communication: always maintain a consistent flow of communication to the stakeholders and build communication plan for our users alongside the Product Marketing team
Delivery: accompany engineers in shipping high-quality features with detailed and compliant specs, design review and regular communication
User Feedback: build empathy with users and their pain points by gathering user feedback and insights to improve the user experience

Requisitos

📍Skills and Experience

Skills

Experience: 3-5+ years in complex products, preferably platform or marketplaces
Previous experience on intricate funnels creation & conversion funnel optimization
Mastery: you have very strong analytical skills and strong appetite for great UI
Execution: you are reliable and efficient, know how to organize yourself and ship regularly
Communication skills: you’re able to communicate and convince a very diverse audience
Autonomy: you know how to handle complexity and evolve in a fast-paced environment by yourself, and take impactful initiatives
Languages: you’re fluent in English
Good comprehension of code is a plus and tech stacks.
