Based in Paris, your role will be to prospect establishments in key accounts in the hospitality and healthcare industries as well as deploy the Brigad solution within these Accounts.

You will be in charge of growing your portfolio by activating all the sites & restaurants within your scope.

You will work closely with the other Brigad teams to optimise the deployment.

Your responsibilities

  • Key Account Development
  • - Mastering the Account organisation and designing a clear mapping,

    - Actively prospecting (phoning, emailing, networking),

    - Building strong commercial relationships with restaurant managers, site managers to ramp up deployment and activate sites.

    - Maximising the GMV per establishment during their first months of use.

  • Key Account Strategy
  • - Optimise the account hunting playbook.

    - Provide feedback (product, user experience...) to the relevant Brigad teams.

    - Work closely with marketing, support and the product team to ensure a successful rollout.

    - Ensure a smooth transition to the CSM team.

    If you have

  • A first solid experience in prospecting and business development
  • English is essential, a good level of French is also required.
  • A positive and contagious energy.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience and focus on achieving objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
