Job description

→ Your mission

You’ll be part of the Community team, within the marketing team.

The role of the Community Specialist is to increase the retention, activation & engagement of users of both talents in the UK and France through community actions.

As a Community Specialist you will be responsible for helping talents to engage with Brigad by organising community events, focus groups, online events (webinars).

You will report directly to the Global Community Manager.

→ Your responsibilities

More concretely, your role as Community specialist will be to :

  • Engage with online / onsite self-employed communities to facilitate brand awareness, engagement and retention.
  • Organise regular community events across different cities : Paris, Lyon, Lille, Bordeaux, London & Manchester
  • Increase the impact of Community actions on talents engagement & retention. To do so, you’ll have to build concrete objectives and key metrics to measure your success.
  • Build and organise webinars, online events and focus groups according to talents’ needs and availability.
  • Observe the impact of each of your actions: analyse attendance rate, retention rate. All of this by testing new channels of communication and targeting new segments.
  • Contribute to the planning of the community strategy for new cities opening.
  • Create meaningful and quality content: newsletters, community emails, invitations etc.
  • Work with different webinar and event tools
  • Always making sure actions have a measurable impact and correspond to users’ needs.

Preferred experience

If you …

  • Are native-level fluent in French and have a very good level of English (Brigad is an international environment where English is our daily communication language)
  • Already have a first experience in community management, customer care, community experience
  • Are a people person: you’ll constantly interact with users so having excellent social skills are essential.
  • Are extremely organised and have a strong attention to detail
  • Are curious, dynamic, and autonomous. You will need to manage your own topics and like working in an independent way.
  • Are a real team player (you will have to work with the marketing team but also many other teams)
  • Are looking for an awesome mission to work for, in an international fast-growing environment
