Global Solutions Design Professional

Ceva Logistics Europe, a leader in finished vehicle logistics, is seeking a Global Solutions Design Professional to join its Product Development and Innovation team located in Puteaux.

By joining our Product Development and Innovation department, you will play a key role in designing, defining, and optimizing innovative logistics solutions tailored to the global needs of our clients in the automotive sector. This position requires strong technical expertise combined with a deep understanding of international logistics flows and related technologies.

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze client needs and operational requirements to design innovative and efficient logistics solutions that meet global standards.

• Collaborate closely with commercial, operational, and technical teams to develop customized and competitive offerings.

• Develop solution prototypes using appropriate methods and tools to demonstrate feasibility and added value.

• Continuously monitor technological and regulatory developments to integrate best practices and innovations into proposed designs.

• Contribute to the preparation of detailed functional and technical specifications, facilitating operational implementation of solutions.

• Participate in cross-functional project management related to the development and evolution of logistics service offerings.

Profile description:

Profile Sought:

• Significant experience in designing logistics solutions, ideally in finished vehicle transport or a similar industry.

• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and complex problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with IT tools related to solution design and modeling (e.g., logistics management software, ERP, collaborative tools).

• Proven skills in managing multidisciplinary projects and teamwork.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English, enabling effective interaction with international stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, meeting deadlines and quality requirements.
