Your Mission
We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape, with a strong focus on Workday.
This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and you will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners.
The position requires a strong data-driven mindset, a global view of HR tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment.
Your Responsibilities
Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday, ensuring it effectively supports business needsContinuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practicesServe as the main point of contact for external service providers, managing collaboration and deliveriesEnsure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HR systems and integrationsPerform HR data analysis and support reporting, dashboards, and decision-makingMaintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flowsContribute to HR systems governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiativesExplore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people dataYour qualifications
Prior experience in a similar position & in an international environmentStrong and proven analytical skillsSelf-management skills and autonomyGood communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from othersYou are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environmentFull working proficiency in EnglishPrior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferredPrior experience with Workday is a plusWhat we have to offer
