To succeed in this role, you’ll need to effectively define scope, plan, implement, and report on global initiatives related to learning, culture development, and the employee experience—ensuring they are aligned with Basware’s strategic priorities and deployed consistently across the organisation.
You will partner with cross-functional teams, serving as both a facilitator and enabler to advance employee engagement and implement impactful learning methodologies and assets. You will succeed in this role if you consider yourself an experienced, proactive change agent—someone who blends deep expertise in Learning and Competence Development with a strong drive for cultural transformation.
