Within the Merchandising Department, you will report directly to the Senior Merchandise Planner and focus on the US and Canadian markets.
You will play a key role in analyzing performance, optimizing assortments, and supporting commercial growth across both retail and wholesale channels.
Your missions are as follows:
Reporting :
Monitor weekly and monthly product performance (best-sellers, category mix, markdown rate, etc.).
Lead weekly/monthly performance reviews for District Managers (store rankings, product focus, etc.).
Track stock levels and suggest reorders on bestsellers.
Buying :
Participate in pricing and buying sessions: assortment building, product potential, and price positioning.
Update and monitor the buying file weekly (price updates, cancellations, quantities, OTB tracking).
Maintain and update the “planches”.
Conduct end-of-season analysis (module/potential review, full-price vs. markdown sales, performance by category and drop).
Wholesale :
Prepare linesheets for the Wholesale markets.
Coordinate with the Wholesale team regarding assortment changes and cancellations.
Forecast and validate quantities to ensure proper order alignment for the US and Canadian partners.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that ba&sh CSR policy is adhered to and will act as its ambassador on a daily basis.

You recognize yourself in this career path :
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Buying.
At least 2 years of experience in Retail, preferably as a Buyer or Merchandise Planner.
Strong interest in product, retail performance, and commercial analysis.

You master :
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
