Data-Driven Strategy
Provide in-depth weekly and monthly reports to the CMO (beware she’s a data-junky)
Utilize data to challenge team and agency performance.
Coordinate market and sales reporting.

Develop and implement data-driven growth strategy (be creative and smart)
Team Leadership
Lead a team comprising a Website Developer & Technical Marketing Stack Manager and a Lead Generation Manager.
Oversee freelancers and agencies as needed.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with Sales to refine lead qualification processes.
Partner with the Content team for SEO, Ads, and other resources.
Coordinate with Product for technical tool implementations.
💼 Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth Marketing, preferably in a B2B tech (SaaS) environment.
🇺🇸 Native or at least Fluent in US-English and have worked for the US market
🤝 Strong cross-functional and team collaboration skills.
🎯 Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with C-level executives, demonstrating a clear understanding of business objectives and strategies.
