What we will do together:
Being a work-study student at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of action and responsibilities.
You will join the recruitment team within ATR's HR development division and your tasks will be as follows:
- Recruitment 30%
• Contribution to the recruitment campaign for work-study students, interns and VIE volunteers
• Support for the team and managers in the recruitment process: adjusting requirements, defining desired profiles, etc.
- Internal communication & onboarding: 35%
• Facilitation of the onboarding process for new arrivals: organization of onboarding meetings, management and optimization of various awareness-raising and training tools, management of goodies
• Drafting and distribution of internal recruitment communications and monitoring of recruitment news (in partnership with the communications department)
Who you are
• Master’s degree final year
• You have some initial experience in the field of HR or demonstrate a keen interest in this profession
• You are familiar with recruitment techniques (sourcing, publication tools, conducting interviews, etc.) and are proficient in office and digital tools
• You have excellent communication and writing skills and an appetite for digital technology. You are creative and attentive to detail.
• You are constantly curious, rigorous, agile and proactive.
• You are dynamic and have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit.
• You enjoy fast-paced environments with ambitious goals.
• Are you full of ideas? We are committed to helping you bring them to fruition.
Advanced levels of French and English are required. Italian is a serious asset.
