You will join an experienced product & engineering team of 20 people as a Symfony Backend Developer.

Thanks to the complexity of our technical environment, an all-in-one SaaS platform, you will have the opportunity to work and progress on numerous projects, such as API, payment, data, open-source bundle, and internationalization of the platform…

You’ll join one of our feature squads, where a dedicated Team Leader will support your day-to-day work. Additionally, you’ll work directly with our CTO on key strategic projects, ensuring ongoing growth and success in your role.

Missions

  • Participate in building our engineering excellence culture by challenging our codebase, best practices, tooling, and organization to make your dev and colleagues’ lives easier.

  • Collaborate closely with Data, Product, and internal stakeholders to define specs that best fit our non-profit customers’ needs with a Domain-Driven Design mindset.

  • Write excellent code implementing validated technical solutions to product requests.

  • Take part in the roadmap definition every quarter.

  • Contribute to our continuous improvement approach by troubleshooting and resolving bugs and issues across the stack with a zero-bug policy.

  • Keep growing your knowledge through training and technological watch


Requisitos

Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience implementing complex business logic with Symfony

  • Experience with a quality-oriented and domain-driven organization as a bonus

  • Familiarity with Kanban-based Lean organizations will be a plus

Soft Skills

  • Pragmatic (use of technical debt, quick-wins, automation, …)

  • Team player, sharing knowledge and best practices to help their peers grow

    Open to the idea of leading a team one day

  • Client-centric with customer satisfaction at heart

Hard Skills

  • A good level of writing in English is required. Fluent English is appreciated.

  • Hands-on experience with the Symfony ecosystem (Doctrine, API Platform, PHPUnit, …)

  • Seasoned engineer able to draft, visualize & challenge technical solutions

  • Strong tech culture (SOLID principles as a base, Domain-Driven Design and Hexagonal Architecture as a bonus)

  • Technical test

    • Remote exercise for 2 hours

    • Technical interview with our CTO and a lead developer in our offices for 1.5 hours

  • Management & Strategy

    • 30min with our Chief of Staff and Head of Product to dig into professional skills and product appetence

    • 45min strategic interview with our CEO

  • Meet the team

    • With some members of the technical team for about ~45 minutes

    • Informal gathering at the office with employees (>30min)
