We are on the hunt for an Account and Customer Success Manager to enhance our Operation team.

This position demands a candidate who not only understands the complexities of industrial environments but is also passionate about providing exceptional client service and maintaining robust relationships.

You will be essential in ensuring client satisfaction, managing account details, and contributing to the overall success of our services and products.

Prior experience in customer success or account management in tech, industrial, or related sectors is vital.


Requisitos

  • Proven experience (4+ years) as an Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or similar role, especially within industrial, manufacturing, or tech settings.

  • Strong capability to work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.

  • Proficiency in using customer success tools and methodologies to monitor customer health, usage metrics, and risk indicators.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers.

  • Demonstrated analytical ability to track customer success metrics and implement data-driven strategies for retention and upselling.

  • Experience in conducting regular check-ins, QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), and strategic planning sessions with clients to ensure alignment with their goals.

  • Understanding of quality standards, compliance requirements, and industrial processes relevant to our customer base.

  • Familiarity with project management principles and a collaborative spirit to work closely with project and product teams.
