That’s where our Technical Program Manager comes in as a critical piece of the puzzle. Their mission is to unlock our product development delivery potential by ensuring perfect alignment between our tech and product teams, and excellent standards of delivery.

What you will do:

Coordination and Management of Developer Work:

• Manage resources (staffing) by assigning developers to projects in the roadmap according to their skills and availability

• Coordinate and organize the daily work of developers to ensure the timely delivery of features

• Remove roadblocks by closely monitoring progress, identifying any potential obstacles, and communicating with relevant stakeholders

• Prioritize and assign tasks when bugs are identified based on their importance and the competencies of the developers

Product Quality and Development:

• Verify the quality of specifications and challenge the Product team to continuously improve the quality and usability of specifications in accordance to tech team needs

• Continuously improve the product development organization and challenge development best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery

Project Management and Execution:

• Identify and mitigate project risks

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

• Define and track project milestones and deliverables

• Ensure project goals are met and delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality

🎓 Engineer degree in Computer Science or related field required!
💻 Good software development skills (knowledge of languages and framexorks such as Ruby on Rails and ViewJS are a big plus!) 🤓
🤖 Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role 💪
🚀 Strong project management skills needed to juggle multiple projects at once 🤹‍♀️
💬 Excellent communication skills required to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, in both French 🇫🇷 and English 🇬🇧
🔍 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are a must!
💪 Self-motivated and proactive attitude to work independently 🏋️‍♀️
🏆 Excellent knowledge of Agile project management best practices and processes is a big win 🥇
🛠️ Experience with Project Management tools such as JIRA, Confluence is a must-have!
👥 Experience working remotely and with remote teams is a bonus 🌍
