We are looking for a full-time, experienced Animation Producer to lead a team on different projects (52 episodes series, spin-offs,…) for an exciting leading animated preschool IP. Working from our Paris or London offices, this position requires strong coordination with our offices in Madrid and the external animation studio based in the Canary Islands.

The candidate must be experienced in managing a team and coordinating the different stages of production, from development to post-production and finally to final delivery. The Producer will ensure that all the production components are executed on time and within budget.

Working closely with your team to ensure the shows meet the creative and production demands is a crucial component of the job. The position will also be responsible for resources, recruiting talent, and production crew.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the executive team to understand our vision and objectives for each project, translating that into a clear and concise creative brief for the production team and the external animation team;
• Oversee and be responsible for the budget and production schedule for several CGI projects related to this IP, ensuring that all deadlines are met while staying within the allocated budget;
• Create efficient processes to ensure the appropriate result and provide opportunities for innovation and creativity;
• Support the creative, finance, and legal departments as well as General Managers to assist the production plans that support creative goals while balancing business needs;
• Oversee the hiring of the team to run the various CGI projects from initial development through to delivery;
• Accurate budget maintenance and management with regular and accurate cost reporting;
• Keep track of the execution of programming plans and track all critical assumptions;
• Production tracking across all stages, from scripting and design to deliverables;
• Assuring that all suppliers and team members are correctly contracted and set up;
• Proactively identify and solve problems that may arise during production;
• Collaborate with the studio staff and CGI experts to manage the production process, ensuring that studio production procedures (COVID, safety, and the production manual) are followed at all times;
• Coordinate and track deliverables, reviewing the final product to ensure that it meets quality standards;
• Foster a positive culture of teamwork, service, and solution-oriented thinking;
• Other duties as assigned.

• 5+ years experience as a Producer in the animation industry
• Proven track record in producing a CGI and preschool shows;
• Master’s degree in film, animation, or any related field
• Expert scheduling, budget management, and tracking ability, with strong attention to detail;
• Flexibly respond to rapidly changing priorities to meet the dynamics of a competitive marketplace;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to keep colleagues informed on time;
• Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills with the ability to interact with all personality types and work cross-functionally with colleagues and key external clients;
• Ability to operate and generate high-quality material in a fast-paced environment;
• English proficiency and experience working in a multinational environment;
