What will you be doing?

At Allurion, our Business Development Managers are the architects of our sales strategy in Spain, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from lead generation to sustainable revenue. They are pivotal in fostering robust client relationships and meticulously managing sales pipelines to ensure both short-term wins and enduring success.

Reporting directly to the VP of Sales in the specified region, our Business Development Managers play a crucial role in cross-functional collaboration. They provide invaluable market intelligence to the regional VP, marketing, and product development teams, informing strategic decisions across sales, marketing, and product development initiatives.

What we're looking for in you:

  • Desirable: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, providing a solid foundation for success.
  • Seasoned: Bring at least 5 years’ experience in medical device sales, particularly in bariatric and/or aesthetic medicine or related sectors, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Networking Maven: Boast an extensive network of contacts in the market, fostering relationships that drive growth.
  • Driven and Accountable: Showcase a sense of urgency and uphold high standards of accountability, ensuring objectives are met with precision.
  • Work Ethic Extraordinaire: Stand out as a strong individual contributor with an exceptional work ethic, committed to achieving excellence in every task.
  • Relationship Builder: Demonstrate experience in nurturing distributor relationships, fostering collaboration that fuels success.
  • Location Preference: Ideally based in the vibrant city of Barcelona, in the South East of Spain, providing an optimal setting for success.
  • Ready to Roam: Embrace a role that involves significant travel, approximately 75%, to seize opportunities and drive growth.
  • Language Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in the English language, facilitating effective communication in global contexts.
