As Akur8 continues to expand, we’re looking for an Junior Marketing Manager to help us increase our marketing efforts globally, by assisting with:

Event Marketing:

• Contribute to our event organization worldwide by selecting venues and coordinating the roll-out of events with key stakeholders,
• Prepare print and digital communication about events,
• Handle logistics before and during events: booth design and furniture, goodies, animation of the booth during events.

Digital Marketing: 

• Social media management: preparation of LinkedIn posts and visual assets with Graphic Design team, industry/competitors benchmark,
• Campaigns monitoring on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 
• Emailing campaigns and automation on Hubspot,
• Press releases with our dedicated platform, 
• Website maintenance including blog posts and SEO improvements on Webflow, 
• CRM maintenance, 
• Marketing KPIs monitoring.

You’ll join our international Marketing Team, whose role is to increase our global brand awareness and provide qualified leads to the Sales team. You will be based in Paris, but can expect to travel for a few days occasionally.

You will collaborate with multiple teams including Graphic Design, Sales, Product and Tech teams, and you will get a solid experience in B2B tech marketing. 

We're looking for a Junior Marketing Manager who is eager to learn and work on various subjects in a fast moving organization, possessing the following attributes:

• You are currently completing your studies in a Business School and are looking for a Marketing apprenticeship starting from September 2024, for a 18 to 24 months period;
• You are organized yet flexible, and are able to efficiently multitask and project-manage;
• You are autonomous, proactive, eager to learn and to assume responsibility for key initiatives with a problem-solver mindset;
• You are a team player and are happy to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders both internal and external;
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French & English and are happy working in a multicultural environment.

BONUS SKILLS

• You preferably have a first experience in Marketing and worked with a CRM, CMS and/or digital advertising platforms before. 
• You ideally have already worked or studied in an international environment.
