Job description

The Marketing Working Student based in Paris, will support Akeneo in the strategy and execution of lead generation in Southern Europe (primarily France and Italy). You will support an integrated strategy of paid digital marketing, events/webinars, email marketing, social media and other channels to generate leads and return on investment.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and Execute Regional Campaigns: Support the planning execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (including digital, email, social media, and events), ensuring activities are executed smoothly and in line with local market needs and campaign objectives.

- Event and Administrative Support: Assist in the planning and execution of localised events and activations, manage logistics, and provide general administrative support to ensure that all marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Support Execution of Regional Marketing Strategy: Assist the Regional Marketing Manager in implementing tailored demand generation and field marketing initiatives that align with overall company and regional objectives.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, channel, and customer success teams to support marketing activities, contribute to campaign development, and ensure consistent messaging and lead generation efforts.

- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Track and report on key performance metrics for regional marketing initiatives, compiling insights and data to support optimization of future campaigns and effective resource allocation.


    What we look for

    - Business School degree.

    - Strong communication and organisational skills.

    - Attention to detail and results-oriented.

    - An enthusiasm for AI, digital trends, and new platforms will be a plus.

    - Ability to adapt to change, take on new projects and work independently.

    - Previous experience with marketing automation tools, CMS and CRM systems is a plus.

    - Fluent in English. Italian would be a big plus.

    3. 30-45 minute call with Claire & Thomas, EMEA & APAC Marketing Manager to dig deeper into your experience.
