Here is where your greatest challenge awaits you: 

The Product Owner PMS plays a strategic and operational role within the Core Property Tech team. ​

The main goal is to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability of hotel operations by defining key features enabling hotel operational and/or central efficiency

Your mission: 

Product Backlog Management

 

  • Collect and prioritize requirements from support teams, hotel operations, regional teams, central teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into user stories and manage the backlog for configuration-related features into prioritized sprints.
  • Align backlog with strategic objectives and OKRs​
  • Anticipate workload, manage dependencies, and provide transparent visibility on delivery timelines and business enhancements.

Cross-Functional Coordination​

  • Act as the bridge between PMS vendors, PM team, technical teams, and hotel operations.. Coordinate with PMS partners & tech teams for roadmap alignment and feature delivery impacting configuration (e.g., fiscal compliance, deposit handling).
  • Ensure continuous PMS improvement from business needs collection till delivery and hotel user uses monitoring (Ex: Nb of hotels using the feature).
  • Facilitate communication across stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and change management.

Quality & Performance Monitoring

  • Define KPIs for configuration accuracy (constant standard application) and adoption.
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely updates (features documentation and standards for all environments & chains).

 


Requisitos

And you? 

  • + 5 years of Project or Product management experience with Agile methodology​
  • Direct experience using OPERA Cloud PMS (or comparable PMS/POS solutions) in hotels.​
  • Working knowledge of hotel operations (front office, housekeeping, revenue management, F&B) and hospitality KPIs. ​
  • Languages : French & English mandatory

 

  • Strong understanding of Opera Cloud PMS and hotel operational processes. ​
  • Monitor implementation progress and ensure timely updates (features documentation and standards for all environments & chains).
  • Expertise in configuration management.
  • Ability to manage product backlogs with Agile practices.​
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Team player, collaborator with good negotiation skills​.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., fiscal, GDPR) and integration points (interfaces).​
  • Strong problem solver with ability to push solutions and decision maker.
