As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your mission will be to hire the best talents as fast as the business needs. You will play a key role in the success of 360 medics.

> Win the “talent war”: You will attract the best talents from all around the world through the use of the most efficient tools and creative ideas. You will be able to create strong relationships with the candidates to make them want to join 360 medics.

> Recruit the right talents : You will identify potential talents through CVs; you know how to conduct a good interview in order to submit a relevant shortlist to the hiring managers.

> Be an ambassador: You will identify the most relevant events to increase and lead your network, which is key to create a virtuous loop for our recruitments

> Offer an unforgettable candidate experience: You will be in charge of the recruitment process. Being rigorous, reactive and ensuring a good follow-up is key to providing an excellent candidate experience.

> Be efficient: You will track metrics and find solutions to improve your way of working.


Requisitos

Experience: You have at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment (in a company or in a recruitment agency).

Organisational skills: You are hands-on and able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload. You are able to follow the hiring process with a great rigour.

Problem solver: Nothing can stop you!

Communication skills: You have an impactful presentation style: you will represent 360 medics, and you have outstanding communication & interpersonal skills.

Languages: You speak both French and English.


Proceso de selección

  1. 15 minute call to confirm the “match”
  2. 1 video-call with Clotilde about your experience and knowledge and create a strong alignment on what they’ll expect from you, and tell you more about their way to operate
  3. You come to our office at Lyon :
  • Coffee time with the team
  • Interview with Clotilde : to evaluate your soft skills, who you are and where you want to go
  • Final interview with Grégoire : a last value assessment and we help you project yourself in the company
