Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the CPO, you will join one of our squads with the following responsibilities:

• Define product requirements and document clear user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Develop metrics and quantitative analyses to measure the success of new features and rollouts
• Partner with design and engineering to craft solutions aligned with the product roadmap and coordinate implementation from first user insights to reporting success metrics and learnings
• Proactively gather feedback from stakeholders (e.g. users, design team, engineering, product marketing)
• Analyze the market and competitive landscape to ensure WTTJ is ahead of the curve
• Communicate release notes and product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
• Relentlessly be focused on finding the most elegant solutions to difficult problems to build an exceptionnal experience for our users and clients.

We are looking for a results-oriented, hands-on, and user-centered Product Manager with the following criteria:

• A proven experience in a similar role (at least 3 years), within a consumer-focused or Saas product companies
• Passionate about building world class consumer or Saas products.
• Showing a great sensibility for Design & User experience in all things. In general, WTTJ puts a lot of attention on building well designed and attractive interfaces.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French (both speaking and writing) to collaborate and manage product stakeholders from various departments (Tech, Design, Data, Ops, Business..).
• Data-driven and analytical mindset
• Good knowledge of agile methodologies and practices
• Able to work with geographically dispersed remote teams
• Eager to constantly learn and share their knowledge with peers
