The position

Job description

NB: This job is based in Montreal

Your role:

As an Account Executive for the North American Market, you’ll be a key player in Naboo’s international expansion — helping teams in the US & Canada plan unforgettable events.

Your mission: Turn qualified leads into happy customers. You’ll do this by understanding your clients’ unique needs, creating trust-based relationships, and guiding them smoothly through the sales journey - all the way to a successful close.

  • Support clients (inbound leads via marketing or returning customers) in planning their seminars, team retreats, or workshops through the Naboo platform and curated venue collection

  • Qualify and manage leads from our marketing and SDR teams, present tailored solutions, close deals, and build long-term relationships with key accounts

  • Contribute to internal improvements - from process suggestions to product feedback

  • Participate in strategy discussions shaping Naboo’s roadmap

  • Mentor and onboard new team members as we grow

Preferred experience

You’re the ideal fit if:

  • You have experience as an SDR or Account Executive, ideally in a startup or scale-up

  • You are a native English speaker 🇬🇧

  • You enjoy working towards clear goals and love closing deals

  • French is a plus, but not required 🇫🇷

Recruitment process

Step 1: Intro call with the Country Manager (15min)

Step 2: Business case with the Sales Manager (30min)

Step 3: Speed dating with 4-5 Naboo team members from different departments, 15 minutes each, for an informal discussion and insights into the company’s culture
