WITH is seeking a motivated Junior Client Partner to join our Paris office and develop client management expertise within the Beauty, Luxury, Food, and Health sectors. As a Junior Client Partner, you will support the orchestration of strategic client relationships, contribute to project delivery, and begin building your expertise as a trusted advisor.
This role is the perfect stepping stone to develop client-facing skills, deepen industry knowledge, and grow into a full Client Partner role. You’ll work closely with experienced partners, manage smaller accounts or sub-streams of larger projects, and gradually take on more complex responsibilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🤝 Client Relationship Support & Communication
Support primary Client Partners and Senior Client Manager in managing client accounts and maintaining responsive communication
Conduct regular check-ins with clients to monitor project progress and address concerns
Prepare client presentations, reports, and strategic documentation
Document client feedback and insights to inform strategy refinement
Begin building relationships with key stakeholders under mentorship
📊 Go-to-Market & Expansion Support
Assist in developing go-to-market strategies across key geographies (China, APAC, Europe, US)
Support market research and competitive analysis for new market entries
Contribute to localization strategies and regional roadmap development
Learn regional dynamics and market-specific challenges through hands-on involvement
🚀 Innovation & Business Acceleration Contribution
Support identification of business acceleration opportunities (GSO, Social Commerce, Advocacy, Gen AI)
Contribute to innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions
Research emerging technologies and trends relevant to client challenges
Assist in translating innovation concepts into actionable project briefs
📋 Project Management & Coordination
Manage smaller projects or sub-streams of larger initiatives
Coordinate with cross-functional squads (expertise lead, interns, junior, agencies, free)
Develop and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and status tracking
Ensure clear communication between internal teams and clients
Support the primary Client Partner and Senior Client Partner in orchestrating complex workstreams
🎯 Strategic Planning & Delivery Support
Participate in strategic workshops and co-creation sessions with clients
Support the development of strategic roadmaps and tactical plans
Contribute to the creation of strategic toolkits and training materials
Monitor project performance against KPIs and provide regular updates
Learn to translate business challenges into digital and marketing solutions
💼 Internal Expertise Development & Knowledge Building
Develop deep knowledge of WITH’s methodologies, frameworks, and best practices
Build expertise in specific domains (e.g., Social Commerce, Data & CRM, E-commerce)
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and documentation
Mentor junior consultants and support team development
Identify opportunities to become an internal referent on specific topics
🛠️ Operational Support & Organization
Maintain organized project documentation, timelines, and client assets
Support project management and administrative coordination
Contribute to process improvements and best practice documentation
Ensure compliance with WITH’s quality standards
Support the team with research, analysis, and data compilation
Experience
2-4 years in a client-facing or project management role (Agency, Consulting, Corporate, or Startup)
Experience managing smaller accounts or sub-projects
Exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, or marketing strategy
Demonstrated ability to work in cross-functional teams
Experience with Asian markets or go-to-market strategies is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus
Skills & Attributes
Fluent in English; French is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, etc.) and CRM systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
