As a Product Manager, you are responsible for key features of our Product. Your missions are:

Mission 1 : Product strategy

• You identify market trends and opportunities and include them in the roadmap

• You contribute to the development of the product strategy and are responsible for its roadmap

• You communicate the product roadmap to the rest of the teams

Mission 2 : Product discovery

• You understand customers and prospects needs and pain points through qualitative user research and quantitative data analysis

• You analyse product use and product performance to identify key improvements

Mission 3 : Product delivery

• You define the user experience (UX & UI)

• You manage the product backlog

• You ensure developed features respect the specifications (QA)

• You animate the agile rituals with the developers

• You set up new processes to achieve product delivery objectives and facilitate the daily life of the teams

• You have graduated from a Business or Engineering School and with minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management and especially in an international B-to-B SaaS is a plus. You are familiar with the agile methodology (Scrum or Kanban).

• You have a technical or analytical background that makes you comfortable with figures and data analyses. You have an engineering mindset and basic knowledge in development.

• You have good communication skills by being structured and persuasive and able to make decisions and argue them.

• Good management of ambiguous and complex projects.

• You speak French and English.
