The Operations Executive role in Munich offers the opportunity to implement a new mobility player in a new country, with a model that proved its potential in 4 countries already. 🎯 Your missions :

• Be the main person responsible for your region’s fleet (Munich)
• Run complex, on-the-ground, day-to-day operations; craft and improve processes
• Optimize our fleet main KPIs: # of damaged cars, utilization rate, car delivery
• Manage closely Virtuo stations: fleet allocation, be responsible for cleaning/convoys partners day to day management
• Ensure our customer satisfaction is aligned with ambitious objectives by implementing demanding processes and monitoring them closely
• And much more! (Expansion, Product improvement, ad-hoc projects, Admin, etc.)

• 1+ years of experience a start-up/scale-up or in consulting
• Start-up mindset: tenacious, and a hands-on
• Highly organized – you are very analytical, rigorous, effective at managing deadlines, with strong attention to detail
• Analytical, confident with numbers, and experienced in excel
• Accountable, willing to take initiative, and to learn fast
• Obsessed with the customer experience and inspired by mobility
• Fluent in German & English, French is a plus
