ViiBE is the web technology of video assistance, ticketing system, and knowledge management system designed for technical support and after-sales services. It promises the best remote diagnosis thanks to live video streams combined with AR and collaborative tools. Using ViiBE boosts First Contact Resolution (FCR) rates, improves customer satisfaction, and saves time and costs by avoiding unnecessary on-site travels.
Based in Paris, ViiBE works with industry leaders such as Total, Air France, Allianz Partners, and Decathlon worldwide. After raising 1.2M euros in seed funding in 2019, ViiBE saw a massive expansion of its users around the world in 2020 and currently operates in +70 countries. ViiBE now plans to double the size of its team in 2021.
