Overview
The largest teams at Via are based in Israel (∼450 employees), the U.S. (∼400) and Europe (∼250).
In Europe, they have offices in Paris, London, Amsterdam, Berlin and Sofia, in addition to team members based in Milan and Brussels.
Europe is divided into three geographic regions:
- Western and Southern Europe (France, Benelux, Italy and Spain)
- DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
- Northern Europe (UK and Nordics)
The Demand Generation and Partnerships teams are in charge of business development with new partners.
The members of the Expansion team then become the project managers for mobility deployments and act as a bridge between partners and our technical teams.
The Partner Success team takes care of maintaining relationships with our partners and advising them about their long-term growth strategy.
The Operations team answers product questions (Product Support & Operations), optimizes existing deployments (Strategic Operations) and provides strategic direction and field support (Strategy & Operations) to operate the mobility services.

Partnerships team
The Partnerships team identifies new prospects and transforms them into active partners who can benefit from Via-powered mobility deployments. Key stakeholders are the buyers and operators of transportation, for instance local authorities, private operators, private corporations. They are responsible for the full business development cycle, from opportunity identification to contracting. Through this process, they partner with internal teams to drive product and operational improvements.
Their team's talents : business acumen, commercial intuition, relationship building skills and persistence.

Expansion team
The Expansion team makes new deployments a reality. They oversee new launches, acting as a bridge between clients and Via’s software engineering teams: they speak both commercial and technical languages. They act as project owners, with a sense of detail and a hands-on mentality, who manages scope and timelines. They are trusted advisors and hold the responsibility of making deployments a success.
Their team’s talents : creative problem-solving, project management-skills, a sense of urgency and adaptability.

Partner Success team
The Partner Success team acts as partners’ trusted advisors by providing them strategic guidance on operations, growth and product-related topics. They build genuine and durable customer relationships and convert them into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. They act as an internal advocate for partners within Via, championing new beneficial products and capabilities. Their team’s talents : analytical skills, commercial acumen, relationship building and strong communication skills.

The Partner Support team ensures that our partners understand how to leverage our technology to maximize their success.
