Our take
Event marketing enables companies to engage with potential buyers and showcase their offerings in real-time - providing an ideal platform to communicate ideas, thoughts, and brand identity. Vendelux offers a platform that empowers event marketers and CMOs to analyse customer and competitor behaviour, and in turn choose the best conferences to attend. The company leverages AI to deliver insights on attendees and sponsors of over 160,000 global conferences, helping customers decide which events they should attend and sponsor for the largest return. It also allows collaboration with sales teams to book meetings with every possible lead, and ROI evaluation tools that prove the value of all event marketing activities. Since founding, the company has amassed a growing customer base including the likes of Paypal and Calendly, and also raised several successful funding rounds. The most recent funding will allow Vendelux to broaden its reach, enhance product development, and further diversify its customer segments.
You'll be working on
- Own the customer journey across web and mobile, from first login through daily use and inviting teammates, and remove the dead ends along the way
- Take features from customer problem through design, build and release
- Redesign onboarding so new customers reach their first moment of value quickly, with the full flow inside the product
- Improve the usability of the core workflows customers rely on every day, such as campaign setup
- Work side by side with engineers on web and mobile to implement and ship your designs
- Partner with Customer Success and go-to-market teams to find where customers get confused and turn those patterns into product fixes
- Lead the initiative to make customer onboarding self-serve, including a help center where customers and internal teams can find answers
- Design self-serve experiences that let smaller customers succeed without hands-on support
- Design for both AI and chat-based interfaces and traditional SaaS interfaces, so every customer has a path that works for them
- Set best practices for AI-driven prototyping and for how prototypes move into development across product and engineering
Benefits
- Regular Retreats: We regularly meet up in beautiful locations around the world to discuss all things Vendelux
- Recharge Weeks: The company shuts downs two times a year so everyone can recharge without work piling up
