Business & Project Team
A true motor of Urban Radar, the Business & Project team is responsible for everything from project sourcing, client prospection and responding to RFPs, to managing projects with our clients and deploying our products.
Philippe is co-founder and CEO of Urban Radar. He has worked for more than 12 years on urban planning projects in Europe and the United States. An expert on urban public-private collaborations, Philippe is active within the World Economic Forum and teaches courses at Stanford University.
Hayley is in charge of deployment: a former Director at New York City Emergency Management and a crisis evacuation specialist, she now puts all her energy into helping our clients reap the benefits of our technology.
Vianney is in charge of business operations, always working towards creating a scalable conversion funnel (sourcing, growth...). Expert multi-tasker, he’s involved in Urban Radar’s growth strategy, processes, and communication
Hernan is our product manager, a central role connecting business needs and technological development priorities.
The Tech team is at the core of the company, developing technological solutions for the cities of tomorrow.
Currently composed of 5 full time employees, the Tech team is led by Geoffrey Bir, Urban Radar co-founder and CTO. Prior to Urban Radar, Geoffrey managed technology and development for several Silicon Valley startups, primarily in the video game and autonomous vehicle industries. His technological vision combined with his industry expertise in transportation contributes to the innovative and reputable nature of Urban Radar's technology roadmap.
Noémie, Grégoire and Corentin use coding to build Urban Radar’s technology, improving them on a daily basis. Joseph, a researcher in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Paris-Saclay, works on models that are already revolutionizing urban logistics.
“It's an exciting work environment not only because of the work that we do, but also the people that we're with.”
Hayley, Head of Deployement
“On est tous en train de construire les villes de demain en Europe et dans le monde et c'est assez fascinant de voir le résultat au quotidien”
“Urban Radar est un projet qui vient répondre de manière très pragmatique à un problème énorme en donnant les bons outils aux personnes que l'on met à la tête de nos villes.”
