We team up with world-class food creators to build blockbuster delivery brands, and we distribute them to consumers via our network of tech-enabled franchise partners across five countries.

We are looking for a talented People Advisor to help us drive the global People agenda across our 3 HQs (London, Paris and Madrid). The role is based in London, reporting to our Interim Head of People, based in Paris (maternity cover).

As the People Advisor, you will be the gatekeeper of all People processes at Taster. This is a generalist role for someone looking to broaden their experience within the People function across multiple geographies, with a passion for company culture and elevating engagement.

What you will be doing:

Culture - focus on driving engagement and retention at Taster

  • Execution of our EVP strategy & focus on elevating our culture of food (we are a food business after all!)

  • Run our quarterly engagement survey from set up to analysis (Culture Amp)

  • A key member of the social committee, the Taster Tribe, encouraging community and connection (usually over food!)

People Operations & Experience

  • Responsible for the full employee lifecycle from references, offers, contracts & new starter compliance checks through to exit interviews and leaver documentation

  • Ensure an exceptional onboarding experience for all new joiners

  • Run the bi-annual performance review cycle, ensuring seamless experiences for managers and employees alike

  • Support the quarterly OKR process & bonus cycle

  • Daily maintenance of our HRIS, Hibob

  • Employee relations support for UK business, as needed

  • Office management (UK)

Payroll

  • Work with our UK Finance team for the payroll process to ensure accurate and timely provision of all necessary employee data every month.

  • Support People team in FR with monthly payroll; previous experience beneficial but not essential (must be willing to learn FR payroll specificities)

Recruitment

  • Prepare and launch Job Ads across all platforms, ensuring they are in line with our D, E&I efforts.

  • Support hiring managers throughout the recruitment process & act as a champion for our ATS (Teamtailor)

Qualifications and prior experience:

  • At least 3+ years in an HR/People function

  • Solid understanding of UK employment law required

  • Previous experience working in a French company is beneficial but not essential

  • You’re passionate about creating a fantastic culture and employee experience

  • You are structured and process-oriented, able to continuously demonstrate excellent attention to detail regardless of the task at hand

  • You can handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times.
