About the job

  • Covid pandemic has deeply changed the way companies hire and how people work today. Offering remote work has become a new lever to attract the best candidates and we decided to create a dedicated team to answer this need our clients have.  
  • To capitalize on these opportunities, we are looking for a Head of Growth and Marketing to improve our business revenue. The ideal candidate will know how to define and implement the best strategies to acquire new users (tech talents) or revive inactive ones and turn them into loyal brand advocates. We are looking for robust B2B Marketing initiatives to amplify our number of clients (companies).  
  • You will report to Nicolas, one of our founders, and lead a talented team of 7, covering a different number of scopes including : growth marketing, influence & social, content and brand management.   
  • Missions & Responsibilities

  • You will lead a team to reach organizational goals divided into 3 main axis : 
  • Brand Management: 

  • You’ll build and nurture a high performing team to make talent.io become #1 brand for tech career management in Europe. You’ll help build talent.io’s own media, “Talent Club” to bring our community together. 
  • Increase our number of subscribers
  • Maximize engagement
  • Boost our number of visible candidates coming from talent club initiatives. 
  • New users acquisition: 

  • You'll create, put into action, monitor, and improve digital campaigns on various platforms.
  • You will build a world-class in-house marketing performance agency:
  • >Reduce our Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) after boosting the number of new users on the platform

    >Boost our number of visible candidates coming from inbound marketing in B2C and B2B using key levers (paid advertising, SEO and influence marketing).

    User’s reactivation : 

  • You will work hand in hand with our Talent Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Leads to define strategies and leverage former users. 
  • Desired experience

  • You have 10+ years of robust experience defining, implementing and monitoring Marketing strategies.
  • You have 5+ years of experience managing and nurturing team members.
  • You have a strong sense of creativity.
  • You have knowledge in locating target markets
  • You’ve led effective digital campaigns for specific audiences.
  • You’ve implemented multiple analytical and tech-savvy tools. 
  • You love experimentation while knowing how to prioritize and deliver on time.
  • You’re comfortable with gathering specs and building on opportunities with every department.
