Within the Information Systems Department, you join the Digital Environment domain responsible for managing and modernizing the Group’s workplace environments. You administer, integrate and secure the end‑user ecosystem while leading technical evolution projects in close collaboration with support, security, systems and network teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer and operate workplace environments (physical devices, virtual environments, applications, users, peripherals), ensuring performance, quality, data consistency and service continuity.
- Define and evolve the technical architecture of the workplace environment, analyze the impact of new solutions and drive related technical projects.
- Implement workplace‑related security measures: updates, patching, access control, backup mechanisms and compliance with internal security policies, while escalating alerts when needed.
- Provide level‑3 support, analyze recurring incidents, share expertise with support teams and maintain operational procedures.
- Carry out technology watch activities, promote relevant innovations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the workplace perimeter.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (support, security, systems, networks) and interact with external vendors, integrators and software editors to ensure the relevance and performance of deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- Engineer’s degree in IT, systems or networks, with significant experience in workplace environment management.
- 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency with Citrix.
- Proficiency with Microsoft technologies: Intune, SCCM, Office 365, virtualization environments.
- Strong expertise in IS security: patching, backups, compliance, environment hardening.
- Proven experience in advanced support (Level 3), ideally in an international context.
- Fluency in English required due to regular international interactions.
