The position

Job description

  • As a Senior Manager, Sales, you will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Enterprise Sales Representatives covering the CEE region, driving results across new customer acquisition and installed base expansion while consistently exceeding ambitious targets
  • You will combine a strong personal sales track record with hands-on leadership — coaching talent, managing pipeline, and executing value-based go-to-market programs that make a real impact at the C-suite level
  • If you are hungry to grow and energized by the opportunity to develop both yourself and your team in a fast-moving cybersecurity leader, this role is for you
  • Primary responsibilities include:
  • Lead, expand, and coach a quota-carrying team of Enterprise Sales Representatives — providing the resources, training, and day-to-day guidance needed to consistently achieve and exceed targets, including active call shadowing, ad hoc feedback sessions, and motivational leadership that keeps the team performing at its best
  • Drive both new logo acquisition and installed base expansion across multiple products, applying rigorous account planning and whitespace mapping to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, and managing team pipeline to ensure quantity and quality of opportunities are on track for quota attainment
  • Execute value-based, MEDDPICC-fluent selling across the team, engaging credibly with CISO and C-level audiences on platform consolidation and business outcomes, and supervising end-to-end sales activities from prospecting through to closure
  • Conduct and execute quarterly business plans, create and develop new programs and campaigns in conjunction with Marketing and Sales, and design incentive plans and SPIFFs that foster a competitive, collaborative, and high-energy team environment
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding top sales talent, and invest deeply in the growth and long-term success of each team member through mentoring, career development, and a genuine commitment to both individual and collective goal attainment

Benefits

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Employee assistance program
  • Gym reimbursement
  • Incentive-based challenges
  • Mental health and mindfulness
  • Unlimited Time Off
  • Grandparent Leave
  • Volunteer Time Off
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Paid Holidays
  • 16 weeks Gender-Neutral Parental Leave
  • Restricted Stock Unit Program
  • Flexible Spending Accounts
  • Life Insurance
  • Short and Long Term Disability Insurance
  • 401K
  • Team building activities
  • Celebrations and social gatherings
  • Community volunteering events
  • Global all hands and local town hall events

Preferred experience

  • Demonstrable experience driving both expansion and new logo acquisition — including growing installed base accounts across multiple products, account planning, and whitespace mapping — with candidates who have carried both motions being of particular interest
  • A strong individual sales track record with consistent quota overachievement in cybersecurity, combined with a minimum of two years of people management experience leading a quota-carrying sales team in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English, with exceptional communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation — and the ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all levels inside and outside the organization
  • A fast, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with low ego and a coachable attitude — someone earlier in their leadership career who is hungry to be developed will fit this role better than a fully formed senior manager. Portfolio or platform selling experience, public sector or healthcare vertical experience, and experience leading a team through a territory reorganization without losing top performers are all strong advantages
  • Fluency in value-based selling and MEDDPICC, with the credibility and commercial acumen to engage effectively with CISO and C-level audiences, including framing platform consolidation as a business outcome rather than a product conversation
