We are looking for a Finance Officer in our Noida team who will be responsible for high accountability and contribute to the Finance & Administration part of our Indian entity.
This is an individual contribution role and you will report to the India Finance Manager.
As Finance Officer, you will:
Process invoices and payments, staff reimbursements & reconcile bank statementsOversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general accounting functions.Track bank deposits and paymentsTax compliance with a CPA firm and assist the CPA firm with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reportsParticipate actively in the monthly closing process (accruals, working files)Give feedback to the Finance Team for monthly reporting and help with the financial auditReview and implement financial policies and Improvement of internal processes.What will contribute to your success:
3+ years of experience along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and AccountingProfessional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) and financial software knowledge like NetSuite are a plusProven work experience as a Finance Officer or similar roleSolid knowledge of financial and accounting proceduresDeep knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards and IGAAPShould be comfortable visiting Government offices whenever required.Knowledge of financial regulations, Excellent analytical skills and Advanced MS Excel skillsAutonomy, Proactive, Ability to work in a scalable environmentStrong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential dataInterview Process:
