We are looking for our next Accountant (Apprentice) who will be working within the Finance team (~20 team members including sub-teams such as Accounting, Legal & Finance) and who will report to one of our Accounting Managers. You will work in very close collaboration with our Accounting Managers and the rest of the finance team. You’ll have the opportunity to understand how a start-up works by working on different strategic projects and with multiple stakeholders. The team will be here to mentor & coach you during your whole apprenticeship.

As an Accountant apprentice, you will:

  • Be responsible for AP process for our French entities: booking of invoices, prepare payments, VAT controls
  • Prepare and review Spendesk operations (expense claims, virtual cards)
  • Book bank operations in our software
  • Participate in our Monthly and Annual closing : AP, fixed assets
  • Work on intercompany reconciliations
  • Help the team on Payables or Receivables accounts when needed
  • Participate in the definition and optimization of processes within the Finance/Accounting department
  • Share best practices and prepare workshops to ensure that all stakeholders have the right information

    • What will contribute to your success:

  • You will complete a Licence (3rd year), a Master 1 or 2 in 2024 in Finance/Accounting and you are looking for an apprenticeship
  • A 1st experience in accounting is appreciated 
  • You are curious by nature, organized, willing to learn new things and develop/improve your hard & soft skills
  • You are willing to help the team in working on high impact projects, clearly communicate progress, and deliver on time
  • You are a team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills to work in a collaborative & international environment
  • The knowledge of NetSuite or Yooz softwares are a plus
  • English fluency is required as we work in English. French is a plus
