The position
Job description
- Analyze the input from engineers (method statements) to create documents (work instructions) using simplified technical language.
- Participate in validation of tasks on site to take photos for the final work instructions.
- Communicating and collaborating with both engineers and service technicians.
- Gathering, systemizing and structuring complex information from engineers.
Preferred experience
- Experience as a Technical writer or other technical understanding with the knowledge to write excellent documentation.
- Have experience working with illustration tools and 3D models.
- Proficient in IT applications and PLM systems and have experience/interest in topic-based authoring. Knowledge about DITA XML will be a plus but not mandatory.
- Good Mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Knowledge about safe working practices while producing high quality, clear and concise work instructions for the service technicians.
- Experience in technical documentation for wind turbines.
- Minimum English level – upper intermediate C1- spoken and written.
