ScorePlay is the AI media platform that helps sports organisations take control of their content.
Every match, training session, or live game generates thousands of photos and videos from multiple cameras, most of it scattered across tools and hard drives. ScorePlay centralises everything in one place and uses AI to automatically tag, sort, and organise content so sports organizations can find any moment in seconds.
From there, clubs and leagues can edit directly inside the platform and instantly share assets with athletes, internal teams, broadcasters, sponsors, and partners. What used to take hours of manual work now happens in moments - helping organisations move faster, reduce costs, and get more value from every piece of content they create.
You'll be working on
ScorePlay is the AI-powered media infrastructure for sports, built to automate the content operations behind the world's biggest sports organizations. We work with 300+ leagues, competitions, teams and broadcasters – including Ligue 1 and Premier League clubs, NBA and NFL teams, the Tour de France, the Australian Open, and leading bodies like UEFA and FIBA – helping them turn every moment on and off the field into high-value, structured content. Our platform brings all their media into one place and makes it effortless to find, edit and share in seconds.
Founded in 2021, we’re a 50-person team based between New York and Paris, growing 2x year over year with 98% retention. We’ve raised $20M+ from top investors including Alexis Ohanian and Harry Stebbing’s 20VC and elite athletes like Kevin Durant, Raphaël Varane, Mario Götze, Nico Rosberg and Giannis Antetokounmpo.
If you’re passionate about sports and thrive in fast-paced environments - and you want to help shape how the next generation of fans experience sports, you’re in the right place. We’re on track to become the global leader in sports media, and this is definitely the best time to join our adventure.
⚙️ The role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own Vault, the product ScorePlay started with and the backbone of everything we build since.
Vault is one place for every asset a club, league or federation owns, with AI that recognizes faces, logos and moments so nobody has to tag 30 years of archive by hand. Live production, distribution and publishing all run on top of it. We were one of the first on the market to innovate here, and four years in it is still what makes the rest of the product possible.
Sports organisations hold decades of footage and get a fraction of the value out of it. Working out what we build to close that gap is the job.
Vault is one of our three feature teams, alongside Flow and Live.
What you will own
Vault end to end: how content gets in, how it is stored and connected to our customers' systems, how it is organized and enriched with AI, and what teams can actually do with it once it is there.
The challenges you'll address:
Make the archive pay off. Licensing, resale, sponsor activations, throwback moments. Find what customers need here and build it.
Take the AI further. Face and logo recognition are table stakes now. The question is what comes next, so a media team gets more out of AI than a faster tagging pass.
Make millions of assets easy to find. Metadata, search, rights and usage. A structure that still works when a federation uploads everything it owns.
Set the product direction. You own the Vault roadmap and you build it on what customers actually need.
You report to our Product Lead. You run your own discovery, which means calls with media directors, time on site at events, and being in the room when Sales or CS hit something real.
What we are looking for
We care about what you have done, not the title you did it under. A senior PM works. So does someone from broadcast, media ops, CS or solutions engineering who has been doing the job without the label.
Five or more years building software products, part of it somewhere small enough that a scope was yours alone.
Technical depth. Storage, ingest, integrations, models. You do not need to write production code, you do need to hold your own with senior engineers.
Discovery and product judgement. You find the pain behind the request and turn a messy hour with a media director into a prioritized bet.
AI-first by default. We are an AI-first company. We expect AI in the features you ship and in the way you work: research, specs, prototypes, analysis. You should already be building this way.
Curiosity for sports media. No media background required, but rights, broadcast workflows and archives have to interest you enough to go deep on them.
🏆 Why ScorePlay ?
A few signs you might like it here:
Your scope is yours. Small team, wide scope, and no committee between your roadmap and what ships.
Our customers are UEFA, FIBA, the PGA Tour and the media teams behind them. You will meet them on calls, at their venues and at the events themselves.
We run on AI internally, so you get to build with it rather than argue for it.
You will work with engineers who know this space well and are ready to charge on.
Archives, rights and broadcast workflows are a world most people never see, and there is a lot to learn in it.
We are profitable and scaling fast, the pace is quick, and the work is genuinely fun.
The team is international and ambitious, 15+ nationalities across Paris and New York, and cares about craft as much as growth.
We know many people hesitate to apply if they don’t meet every single requirement on a job description. If you’re interested in ScorePlay but not sure you tick all the boxes, we’d still love to hear from you, this could be the start of a great long-term collaboration.
